Like many artists of our generation, 80% Studios is a product of the pop culture we ingested during our youth. A steady diet of 90’s comic books, anime, cartoons and electronic music has helped hone our creative vision into one that continually seeks to remix our inspirations through the lens of our own experiences. We hope to evolve the archetypes of these stories and characters through cutting edge sequential storytelling in a stylistically unique way that feels at once fresh, but also familiar.

80% Studios uses a unique approach that is the true definition of collaboration. Taking advantage of the fact that both creators live in the same city, Dimi and Casey fully combine their creative energies to produce stories that feel as if one mind was responsible. They liken it to the creation of a song, with both Dimi and Casey contributing to all aspects of the creative process. This allows 80% Studios to fluidly manipulate ideas on the fly, constantly shaping the initial ore of inspiration into a final product that neither side was capable of creating on their own.

Ultimately, 80% Studios wants to give back to the medium that gave us so much. We aim to continue the cycle of discovery inspired creation and produce things that have as much impact on future generations as the things that shaped our own.
